A coffee that is handpicked to eliminate any defect in it. A coffee of very limited production, with an implacable selection of beans. This project is something special, it is being able to drink a coffee with subtle firmness. The comfortable and balanced texture. A balanced roast of very dry red fruit (acerolas) and old jasmine sachets. This cafe is very close to the Burgundy wines, it recalls a great Volnay. At least this is the impression of a great sommelier after having tasted our reserve coffee.
