A coffee that is handpicked to eliminate any defect in it. A coffee of very limited production, with an implacable selection of beans. Hacienda Mocha is owned by Dr. Rigoberto Ramos and carefully worked by Cesar Oliveras, a very experienced person in the coffee industry in Puerto Rico, produces excellent coffee. Hacienda La Mocha has the peculiarity of being located to the south of the central mountain range of Puerto Rico and receives winds from the south on its slopes, which produces excellent conditions to produce large-sized and high-density coffee seeds. This coffee in an espresso cup gives us well-accentuated shades of dark coffee and a long aftertaste. If you prefer a filter in the morning, this coffee will cover the entire kitchen where it strains with its fragrance.
